Description

TB-500 corresponds to the active actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. It is used as a reference peptide in studies of cell migration, angiogenesis and extracellular matrix remodelling.

Supplied lyophilised in a sealed amber vial with a lot-specific COA covering HPLC purity, mass-spec identity and moisture content.

Storage & handling

Store at −20 °C as lyophilised powder. Reconstituted solutions should be kept at 2–8 °C and used within 30 days.

Quality documentation

Each lot is released against a written specification. The certificate of analysis supplied with your order includes the HPLC chromatogram, calculated purity, mass-spectrometry result and the theoretical versus observed molecular weight.

  • Reverse-phase HPLC purity, reported to one decimal place.
  • ESI-MS identity confirmation against the theoretical mass.
  • Lot number printed on the vial, matching the certificate.
  • SDS and handling guidance available on request.
