Description

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist analog featuring an Aib8 substitution and a C18 fatty-acid side chain that extends half-life. It is supplied for in-vitro receptor-binding, incretin-signalling and metabolic-model research.

Purity is verified by RP-HPLC at 220 nm and identity by ESI-MS. The COA includes the full amino-acid sequence and the fatty-acid modification site.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilised powder at −20 °C. Protect from light and moisture. Reconstituted solution: 2–8 °C, use within 28 days.

Quality documentation

Each lot is released against a written specification. The certificate of analysis supplied with your order includes the HPLC chromatogram, calculated purity, mass-spectrometry result and the theoretical versus observed molecular weight.

  • Reverse-phase HPLC purity, reported to one decimal place.
  • ESI-MS identity confirmation against the theoretical mass.
  • Lot number printed on the vial, matching the certificate.
  • SDS and handling guidance available on request.
